Service Cancellation

As event photography services are customised and time-sensitive, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

More than 30 days before event

Full refund minus 10% administration fee

14-30 days before event

50% refund of the total booking fee

Less than 14 days before event

No refund available

Digital Products

Digital photographs and online galleries are provided as part of our service. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once the images have been delivered, unless there is a significant quality issue that cannot be resolved through our editing process.

Physical Products

For physical products such as photo albums and prints:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged
  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our photography services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer additional editing or reshoots where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
